Shoulder problems?
Shoulder problems can make simple actions, such as throwing, catching, or lifting your arms above your head, or carrying objects a huge problem.
Effected areas.
Shoulder disturbance can start in the upper back (scapula area), the chest (clavicle area) or on the arm (humerus) flowing down to the elbow, to the forearm, and into each hand
Warning signals!
The earliest indicator is warmth or redness in your shoulder. Other indicators are neck pain, arm pain, or upper back pain. You may experience clicking, popping, or grinding sensation when you move your arm. Latened signs are burning, tingling, numbness, and or shooting pain sensation down the arm. If unchecked muscle stiffness and weakness will limit range of motion making it difficult to move arms.
