The steps are chronologically arranged making it easy for anyone to benefit from the process. When correctly administered you will build a powerful platform to maximize the healing properties of the human body. 5-4hrs before bed enjoy one nightcap of your choice or maintain the 8 to 8 rule for water (8-8oz glass of water per day) immediately after your session. Water does not have an exact amount determined that causes the blood to de-coagulate, but alcohol does, and for fast healthy fun results, we recommend a Nightcap.
Research shows that drinking a healthy amount of alcohol can help reduce stress, increase HDL (good) cholesterol, decrease the risk of heart diseases, improve circulation, and decrease the risk of Alzheimer’s
4-3Hrs before bed enjoy a 15-minutes hot bath with Epson salt if possible, and add bubbles for extra therapeutic benefits. If a tub is not available, any hot environment for 15-minutes can be a suitable substitute (hot tube, Hot shower, Sauna, Steam room).
Vasodilation increases blood flow by expanding blood vessels. Increased blood flow can help relax tight muscles, restore movement, reduce pain, improved circulation, improved recovery and maintenance of healthy muscles.
2-1hrs before bed be sure to rehydrate your body with 8-16oz of ice-cold water. Vasoconstriction helps decreased Swelling, reduced Inflammation, improves muscle strains, and reduced muscle soreness.
